FEP-0511 5-Port Fast Ethernet PoE Switch, 802.3af/at PoE, 4 PoE Outputs, 65W Power Budget
The LevelOne FEP-0511 is a compact 5-port Fast Ethernet PoE switch designed for small offices, home offices and retail environments that need to power multiple IP devices over a single cable. Four of the ports support IEEE 802.3af/at Power over Ethernet with up to 30W per port and a total PoE power budget of 65W, making it ideal for IP cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points.
With store-and-forward switching architecture, non-blocking throughput and 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation, the FEP-0511 delivers stable and reliable LAN performance. IEEE 802.3x flow control and backpressure help prevent packet loss in both full- and half-duplex modes, while auto MDI/MDIX simplifies installation by removing the need for crossover cables.
The switch automatically detects connected IEEE 802.3af/at-compliant devices and provides power and data through a single Ethernet cable, reducing installation costs and eliminating the need for additional power outlets. Front-panel LEDs offer instant status at a glance, helping administrators quickly check link, activity and PoE power states during deployment and troubleshooting.
