The LevelOne GEP-2821 is a 28-port unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch designed for growing office, building and campus networks that need reliable power and data for a large number of IP devices. It provides 24 x 10/100/1000Mbps PoE ports for IP cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points, plus 2 x Gigabit RJ45 and 2 x Gigabit SFP uplink ports for high-speed connections to core switches, routers or NVRs.

Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at, the GEP-2821 offers a generous 390W PoE power budget. It supports up to 24 ports at 15.4W or 13 ports at 30W, giving flexible power allocation for standard and high-power PoE devices. Built-in 6kV surge and 6kV/8kV ESD protection help protect the switch and connected devices in electrically noisy or demanding environments.

Configuration is simplified with front-panel DIP switches that let installers quickly choose between Default and VLAN modes. In VLAN mode, downlink PoE ports are isolated from each other, reducing broadcast traffic and improving security for surveillance and multi-tenant deployments.
