The LevelOne IES-0510 is a rugged 5-port Fast Ethernet industrial switch designed for mission-critical networks that require both copper and fiber connectivity. It provides 4 x 10/100BASE-TX RJ45 ports and 1 x 100BASE-FX multi-mode SC fiber port, ideal for extending industrial Ethernet links up to 2 km in factories, plants, and infrastructure deployments.
Built for harsh environments, the IES-0510 supports an operating temperature range from -20°C to 70°C and complies with IEC61000-6-2 industrial EMC standards, ensuring robust performance against electrical noise, surges and interference. The compact metal housing with DIN-rail mounting is optimized for installation inside industrial control cabinets and distribution boxes.
Each RJ45 port supports 10/100 Mbps auto-negotiation, full/half-duplex operation and auto-MDI/MDIX to simplify cabling and uplinks without crossover cables. Flexible 12–48V DC power input allows easy integration into existing industrial power systems. With plug-and-play operation and clear front-panel LED indicators, the IES-0510 makes it simple to deploy, monitor and maintain a reliable copper–fiber industrial Ethernet backbone.
