LevelOne FEP-1612 cuenta con 16 puertos Fast Ethernet 10/100Mbps con interfaces PoE IEEE 802.3at/af. Es compatible con la conversión MDI / MDI-X en 16 puertos de 10/100Mbps y proporciona función de inyección PoE en puertos PoE que son capaces de alimentar dispositivos compatibles con IEEE 802.3af o 802.3at de forma remota. El FEP-1612 está equipado con la detección automática MDI/MDI-X para una conexión fácil de conectar y usar, independientemente de los tipos de cableado directo o cruzado. También proporciona una conexión de red simple, rentable y altamente confiable para la transmisión de datos y energía. Además, es el dispositivo ideal para la conexión entre grupos de trabajo y redes Ethernet, Fast Ethernet. Se adapta a todo tipo de instalaciones Ethernet, como campus, grupos de trabajo, departamentos, empresas, telecomunicaciones o aplicaciones industriales. El FEP-1612 cuenta con un backplane sin bloqueo de 3.2Gbps que simplifica enormemente las tareas de actualización de su LAN para atender las crecientes demandas de ancho de banda.
